I suggest you ...

remove any letterbox that has not been found or placed in a year.

I'm searching and there are a lot of clues but all from 2009 or earlier and none found past 2009. I have no idea if I'll find anything when we get there and it is out of state. I think this can be a simple task by creating a search and auto archiving all those that meet the found date or placed date as noted. I think this can clean up your database immensely and also help those looking for active letterboxes.

        Hi The Hnats! You live in Warwick, RI don't you? I see lots of boxes found or planted in the last year or so there. Yes, it would be simple to search and archive boxes not found or planted since 2009. You also have the option to set a preference to "Only show recently found letterboxes." Have you checked that out?
