Volunteer to recarve missing stamps

[Forwarded] I suggest you add a button on retired boxes so the owners can choose a volunteer carver to replace missing stamps. There are already so many great boxes with pre-written clues that are only missing one or two stamps of a six part series. That way, boxes can be put back in circulation by local people. I have looked on LbNA's adoptable list, but it's difficult to know how long these have been lost. It's much more common to search boxes by area & find many more in need of repair. A button would get a quicker response from boxers actively looking in their area instead of hoping they dig through the archive. Thanks for your help!

Help me understand the process for this. Would it start with the planter clicking a button to invite others to replace missing boxes? Or would it start by people clicking a button to volunteer to carve missing stamps, then waiting for approval from the clue owner?
